Good to hear you have finally made the move!

I too had this exact same issue. Had a support ticket opened for 5+ weeks and nothing really was done, so decided to ditch them didn't want to wait any longer.

Their whole website needs a revamp.

I think I read it is only on the speedtests but to my knowledge no one has posted that a download from a CDS or website is also affected. Anyone done similar and what speed did you get? When i was with FBB and affected by this (churned away because of this reason), it did not matter where i was dow...

What are the walls made from? Brick? Gyprock? You could get another 68u and use the Asus Wifi Mesh system. I was using it earlier on in the year and it worked fairly well (after a bit of tweaking) Double brick another 68u sounds expensive to me, wifi extender seems the cheaper option if it can help...
