My Experience with Leaptel ISP

Hello All Hope your all doing well and staying safe, Today i jumped ship from Future Broadband to Leaptel today because i was fed up with the issues, you can find out all about it in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=141&p=375#p375

I was gonna wait till next month give them a chance to see if they could fix the issue however i just said stuff it and did some research for a better RSP

I've been impressed with Leaptels churn process along with better speeds/pings/traceroutes much better and it just works

Signed up to the $89.95 - 100/40 (6 months $10) special

Opting out of CGNAT can be done in your members portal i love that feature so useful

Got a call a little 30mins after that at 2pm spoke to a nice guy called Blake from leaptel and we chatted about everything for close to 25mins
Very nice casual conversation which is refreshing to see

Welcome to Leaptel. We are pleased to advise that your NBN service has been successfully provisioned and is now ready for use.
If you have elected to take one of our routers, you should now connect it up and follow the instructions inside the box to get online.
In case you are using your own hardware or you need the details, please find below the details on how to setup your service:
I got an Email with easy instructions details and an sms to my mobile to let me know everything was activate and ready to go

Another thing i like is the Members portal page on Leaptel, it may not be all fancy but least it's not like it was built in the 90s

Sent an email to support to have somethings fixed on my account and geez they are fast in replying

shot email off at 10/12/2020 - 8:15pm and got a reply from jon @ leaptel support at 8:31pm

Now that's fast service

So Far i'm a happy customer and it just works

Good to see the churn was painless... Fingers crossed everything is smooth sailing for you from now on.
