I took them up on this offer. Went with the 25/5 speed as I can't get more then about 45 due to being on Fiber To The Node. The price was 49.95 which is a good price for a few months. Is a busy time of year, bill wise, for me so I thought I would move on over.

I'll make these comments about the churn experience here rather then starting a new thread.
I found the transfer to be very quick. Started about 30 mins after I signed up, and the net was only down for about 10 mins. I did have to call about something billing wise and yes, they still have a queue and it took about 30 mins to speak to someone. I started as 4th in the queue so it suggested to me that they have very few staff still. The internet itself is very reliable, no speed drops at all, no dropouts or any other sort of issue. It's a bit hard to say much about performance from overseas sites etc when on 25/5 but for what it was, no complaints. Very happy with the experience overall.

We did slightly over 7.6TB for the past 31 days on out FttN VDSL2 ( Broadcom ) ex-Telstra SMG1 DJA0230 on our Superloop NBN 100/50Mbps connection from the 4CAB POI Caboolture QLD.

Our SamKnows Whitebox also verifies this consistency & stability:

I stream live from Caboolture to Zürich several live 24x7x365 audio and video streams to monitor the well being of my aged folks ( one had a case of broken ribs & the other fell down owing to a weakened right knee ) - I utilise their upload bandwith ( 40Mbps ) whereas they utilise their Downloads bandwidth ( 100Mbps ).

Service details - recently increased from $0.05 to slightly less than $80 Unlimited inclusive of a static public IPv4 address.

Happy to provide more details if not already on Ausgeek.
