Let's get straight to the facts
Currently on LightSpeed Plan which is 1000/50
Free optout of CGNAT and dual support for static ipv4 + ipv6 and works flawlessly
Superloop Network is fantastic for fellow gamers
FTP speeds from seedbox is great too
Games i enjoy playing mainly are world of Warcraft , Diablo 3 and 4 , StarCraft 2
Connection flawless no drop outs using IPOE (Using samknows whitebox to monitor connection/dropouts/etc) Peak Speed Times 24/7 never skips a beat
Peak Speed

Peak Speed
Off-Peak Speeds 7pm-11pm never skips a beat
Off-Peak Speed
Off-Peak Speed
Off-Peak Speed
Off-Peak Speed
Here are my Game Latency also known as ping to gamers
Diablo 4 StarCraft 2 IPV6 working flawless together with static IPV4 FTP speed from seedbox Only time i ever had to make contact with superloop was to fix a billing issue as money was not debited from account
I did get a $10.00 late fee however since the issue was not with me and with superloop's new billing software
i did get credit the next month when reached out via email which was responded and fixed within 2 business days
So Kudos to superloop for that
If you don't need hand holding and can mostly figure stuff out by yourself then i whole hardly recommend superloop
For it's competitive pricing and network from gaming to streaming even to just basic connection
Pros:
Customer Service: 5/5
Great Network Performance: 5/5
Fantastic value: 5/5
Speeds: 5/5
No setup fee: 5/5
Five free speed boost upgrades in a month
Any unused FREE Bonus Speed Upgrade Days will rollover at the end of your monthly billing period
into your My Speed Boost Bank to a maximum of 30 days.
Two-Factor Authentication for it's Portal SuperHub: 5/5
(Allows you to pick SMS or Email for the code to be sent too)
Superloop has it's own Self-manage your account.
App on Google and Apple Store: 5/5
Cons:
30 Days required to leave superloop
Since they bought exetel some reason they adopted this feature into it's platform
Some may not like it, however that being said if you're not jumping providers every few months
It's no problem at all
Price is reasonable for what they offer compared to the size like Telstra and Optus
That being said i'm ending my review Hope you're enjoyed reading it
