Spintel Shoutout

Just wanted to make my first real post a shout out to Spintel for awesome service over the years.
Signed up to these guys almost 15 years ago (when Comcen and Spin were two different/sister companies) after a bit of research.
They were nice and small and could provide a good deal at the time. Since then, it has only gotten better. Before these guys it was all download limits and excess charges, Comcen changed that for the good!
We also have all of our family mobile plans with them, decent value but if I could change anything it'd be to add data banking as I think that would be a handy option to have available.
A while back we swapped over to the NBN and I am glad we did. Started with the mid speed 50/20 plan but eventually upped it to the 100/40 as I have some needy children who can sometimes suck down the interwebs as fast as it'll dish it out.
So anyway, well worth it. I am sure there are better plans, but I appreciate good service and I know if I am ever in a bind I can get onto these guys and they'll sort any issues out pretty bloody promptly.
I did prefer when they had a local call center as their first point of call but it seems that the local team are a different tier and only step in when really required. In saying that, Con is only an email away and is usually happy to help.
