Some changes on PrivMsgs in terms of storage

Members can create 2 folders for Private Messages to go into at 50 messages each folder making it total: 100 Private Messages for the time being

It will be reviewed at a later stage if there is demand for it to raise the limit along with folders as well we let us know but for the time being we will leave it at this for now
