Aussie Broadband Churn out experience

#34

Post by Rain »

Churning out from Aussie Broadband was super easy this month due to the price rise and awaiting refund of some small change
Churned to new provider yesterday, churn process was smooth, rang ABB today to cancel account just to make sure and was told by rep on the phone that i "didn't need to ring up as it happens automatically and it's good that i rang up anyway" so there ya have it simple process to churn from an existing provider

I called up 3 weeks prior and asked for termination on February 23rd ( I told Superloop to make it happen on the 22nd and it did ) for my Dad's service ( I was the authoriseed Rep on his account ).

The Agent ( Nic ) put me on hold and reached my Dad to obtain confirmation & verify a few details and sent off a confirmation email as below. It was all done in about 10 minutes tops.
