That seems super cheap and just ideal. I have played flightsims in the past and really got involved. With flightsim 98 I purchased a heap of highly complex cockpits and got really involved. Joined a virtual airline and clocked up thousands of hours.
When Flightsim X came along my interest has waned and I found it to be sort of cartoonish in some way. Never really got into it. Played it a few times and meh...
So with this latest version I can now download it, give it a test run and see how I like it for only $1..
