With Aussie Broadband's Pricing rise who you going too?

NBN 100 plans now $10-$25 more expensive per month

For customers on NBN 100/20 Family plans, this means you’ll soon be paying $99 for the standard unlimited plan, and $109 monthly for Family Entertainment with Fetch. If you’re on the NBN 100/40 speed tier, you’ll pay $100 for 100GB, $105
for 500GB, and $109 per month for unlimited data.

For customers on the old speed tier 100/40 - 500GB at $85.00 per month sadly you now will be paying $25 extra per month which makes it at $105 per month
New Speed Tier

To offset the price increases Aussie Broadband has added a new NBN 75/20 speed tier to its line up. It costs $89 a month for unlimited data, $85 a month for 500GB/month and $80 for 100GB/month.

During these times tough times during a pandemic everyone's is trying to cut costs and or keep them lower

In my opinion it's a slap in the face to those already doing it tough

So to those who are leaving where you going now ?

I still think the best ISP for price, network and support is Superloop. Especially their 100/20 Unlimited plan. Still only $89.95.

I also like Launtel with the ability to switch plans yourself via the portal and potentially save if you sit on a slower plan and only move to a faster one when you have a lot to download.

Future Broadband is also worth a look with their data banking. You can save by swapping data plans and use up any data banked from time to time. The only warning is that there seems to be some issues with HFC speeds at some locations and support isn't available on weekends. They have a "pay in advance" where it will give you a discount off your next bill. They do use a very good network which is trouble free and always good speeds (Current HFC issues aside).

I also like Leaptel.

Then of course you have what I feel are in the lower tier like TPG group, Vocus group, Tangerine, Belong etc where it can be hit and miss with either support or speeds or both.

I left! but that was back in February 2020 on FttN 50/20 500GB plan - became too expen$ive and a promo code from Superloop was the sweeterner I needed and moved on ( eventually upgrading to FttN 100/40 Unlimited on July 2020 ). My next might be Launtel - let's see how the Broadband landscape looks like in a few months.

The NBN, like Paul Fletcher's diet, needs more fibre - Applied liberally
