This is NOT a bash at Leaptel just my own personal experience i still feel they are a great company and can do better by leaving Vocus and going with a more reliable provider for backhaul
Hello Nerds and Geeks
If you go through my posts i've already tried my best to find a ISP that just works
And i've written some great posts on here to show some things are more than they appear
With screen shots to backup my claims cause let's face it anyone can write a post explaining positive/negative
Experiences with any ISP
I for one like to backup my claims when i have either experiences with any ISP/RSP so people can make there own minds up
So here's my long story about when i was with Leaptel on 100/40 and upgraded to 250/25
While the 100/40 for 1 month it was flawless in terms of reaching above TES (Typical Evening Speeds) according to their website of 85Mbps
I had no issues reaching 90Mbps which was acceptable to me, sure beats the 85Mbps bug Future Broadband have across QLD/NSW/SA (more on that for another day and thread)
Prior 100/40 with Leaptel before upgrading to 250/25 - 02/11/2020 -
Now back to discussion on leaptel and why i left them to join Launtel
They didn't have one for the 250/25 which left me kinda stumped
Here are the odd results on Leaptels UP TO 250/25 NO TES
(Added two links so it shows the correct time instead of GMT don't know why it does that)

As for Vocus International traffic, it could be better but it just wasn't for me being on 250/25 for 100/40 i accepted it because of the limitations of max speed at the time, but for 250/25 i expect a lot better
Joined Leaptel because the price was right at the time and was told they had more control when it comes to international transit (seems to be full of hot air after i challenged this on chat) (more on that below)
Which made me leave because i wasn't going to wait around for things not to be fixed and charge me for an extra month (already had a bad experience with that with Future Broadband) wasn't gonna let that happen again and jumped the same day 13/11/2020 in the afternoon to Launtel
I'll do a thread on my Launtel Experience soon enough
What do you all think of this experience, did i jump the gun ? or better to have then wait
Why i churned away from Leaptel on 250/25

You can always go back if it is reported and proven that they have fixed the issue.
If you're paying for something, it needs to be fit for purpose now, not later. While every provider probably has its fair share of issues on their networks, having to rely on customers pointing out bottlenecks (as opposed to being on the front foot and letting customers know proactively) really should not be the way things are done. Synthetic monitoring isn't that hard to set up these days but I guess you can't beat the old "canary in the coal mine" approach (i.e. wait until the customers call up and complain).

Re: Why i churned away from Leaptel on 250/25
I could but i'm happy where i am right now with Launtel on 250/25 until i can get 400/50 cause the price is cheaper then what i'm paying for currently
Also i didn't have a good experience being on the Vocus network for international transit
